Local delivery and installation.
This is completed by one of our own staff and includes up to 1 hour of time on-site. We will unpack and set-up all hardware and software itmes purchased from us so that it is configured, updated and ready for you to use.
Your internet connection will be checked and we will set up and test your own printer if you have one. You'll be shown the basics of how to turn it on and off and will be given a brief oppertunity to ask any questions you may have.
Your documents, photographs, stored passwords and bookmarks from your old system will optionally be transferred to your new system if required and any other software you own can be installed providing you have the installation files and appropriate licenses.
If additional time is required where you have lost track of your passwords or require assistance recovering license codes, etc we will be happy to provide you with a quotation for the aditional work.
